  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 big tomato
  • 2 tbsp linseed
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • Spices cayenne, basilia / oregano or whatever
Burger
  • 400 grams 2 x burgers can be smaller
  • 2 slices cheese to melt on top of the burger
  • Salt & Black Pepper

  1. Cut vegetables to small bits and pieces. Small pieces -> longer pleasure from eating 😉 And You eat less , as stated above. This is crucial in that idea !! Reduction diet perfection.

Personally for me recipe like this slow burger is quite a challenge but i know it does work. Sometimes i am able to actually feel the slowliness ?
