The Nut burger !!

Tested it for all You burger nuts. Since nuts are very crunchy and give very pleasant experience while eating. In addition there are few of us that enjoy the “woodish” tase of them. Dark beed works well with them 😉

It is an idea for meat in general. And i must say, it is fucking BAD ASS. Tastes great. You have to try it.

Nuts

Very nutritious and tasty. They have all You need , very high variety of microlements and eveything Your body needs. Remember to get raw, unprocessed. The worst are fried, You do not want to make it with those.

This recipe is for a nut burger. Works awesome, tastes awesome and nuts are healthy in general. The mix of omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and fiber makes you feel full and You do not crave for more. You can crunch Your hunger and feel the nutrition. All nuts have similar amount of calories per ounce, and in moderation, all are very nice addition to any diet. Generally You can do it faster then those 60 minutes. It took me longer cause i had to go and buy stuff. The bottom line is that You just cook the meat, all rest i prefer raw. Some cheese can melt on the meat while it is beeing done.

  • 100-150 grams pork meat, minced
  • 2 almods
  • 2 hazel nuts
  • 2 walnut
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 slices white onion
  • 3 slices toast cheese, salami cheese with spices
  • 1 roll bun with poppy seed Sezame is over rated ;p
  • couple chive
  • 1 tbsp ketchup, Jack Daniels Sause, any sauce This mmokey sauce (in the shop) works well with nuts. You get this woodish, nutty taste.

  2. Put the nuts in a foil and smash them with the meat hammer. Do not smash to hard, we want nuts in big pieces. But not too big.

  4. Form burger that are suiting Your needs. You can always doo 100, 150 or even 200 grams. For burger i do around 150, the rest of the meat i like to form smaller so i can take them to work or just snack on it with break or make a toast 😉

  5. After everything You can try to put the whole burger into an oven. Microwave can work but it is not the same. Depends on how fast and if You want to do it.
