Avocado green  burger with lamb’s lettuce

  • 200 grams beef patties 500 cals
  • 100 grams bacon slices 280 cals
  • 1 slice cheese 50 cals
  • 1 cup lamb's lettuce 5 cals (LOOOOOL, so little )
  • 1 basil leafs 0 cals
  • 1 whole avocado 240

  1. Get the meat on the frying pans. I used NO OIL what so ever. Everything melted from the meat so it will have even less carbs since a lot was left on the pan. Put a cheese slice on one of the burgers. Add egg when You will finish frying the patties.

  2. Let the meat get made and in the meantime : - peel the avocado - break couple of basil leafs (big ones ! ) - wash the lamb's lettuce

  3. Take the meat off the pan to the dish. One burger with the cheese and put the fried egg on another one.

  5. Arrange basil nicely around the bacon. Put the halfs of avocado on the patties. Arrange the lamb lettuce around the meat. Just look how awesome green color this has ! !! ENJOY !!
